Suitable for all levels of fitness and minimal co-ordination. An aerobic based warm up incorporating various resistance objects to intensify your workout.

Muscular endurance training for your upper, lower body and abdominal. This class is excellent for those who want to use weights but feel uneasy in a gym environment.
YLunchtime Burn
Most people do not have the time to go to the gym every day. Maybe you have errands to run after work, jam packed schedules or kids to take care of? In order to make the most out of your time, try squeezing a workout into your lunch time. This 30 minute workout will help increase your fitness, burn calories and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Body Buster
For men and women of all fitness levels. Join this exciting new Boot Camp style class and build a better body with us. Gain lean muscle, improve strength, increase fitness and reshape the body. This boot camp style workout will leave you wanting more! Block courses run throughout the year.
